Terms of Service

This page explains what you are buying, and what happens to your money. The short version: you are paying for a position on a leaderboard, the payment is final, and someone can take that position from you at any time without you getting anything back.

1. What this site is

outcreate.lol is a leaderboard whose order is determined by one thing: how much money has been paid toward each listing. Rank is not editorial, and it is not a measure of quality, popularity, follower count, or merit. A creator at the top of the board is the creator the most money has been paid for. Nothing more.

2. What a payment buys

Listing a creator costs $5. After that, the price to raise a listing rises with its current amount:

Current amountCost to raise it
Under $200+$15
$200 to $999+$50
$1,000 to $4,999+$150
$5,000 and above+$400

The price is always calculated by us at the moment you begin checkout, from the listing’s current amount. The price shown on the board is indicative: if the listing moves before you pay, the amount you are charged is the amount shown on the Stripe checkout page, and that is the amount you agree to.

3. Payments are final

Every payment is non-refundable. We do not refund a payment because someone outbid you, because your listing dropped in rank, because the board did not send you traffic, or because you changed your mind. Being overtaken is the expected outcome of using this site, not a fault in it.

You are not buying a rank for any period of time. You are buying a one-time increase to a listing’s amount. That increase is permanent; the rank it produces is not.

4. If two people pay at the same time

This is the case most likely to feel unfair, so it is worth stating plainly. Payments are applied in the order they are confirmed by our payment processor, not the order they were started. If someone else’s payment is confirmed before yours and it takes the position you were paying for:

In other words, you can pay and receive no change in rank. If that is not a risk you want to take, do not pay.

5. How ties are resolved

Where two listings hold the same amount, the one that reached that amount first ranks higher. Later money does not displace earlier money at the same price.

6. Anyone can pay toward any listing

Payments are not restricted to the creator being listed. Anyone can pay to raise any listing, including one for a creator who has no involvement with this site. If you pay to raise a listing, you are not buying any right to it, any control over it, and no relationship with the creator named on it.

7. Listings and content

You may only list a profile that you own or are authorised to list. Do not list anyone who has not agreed to appear. You must not submit a listing that is unlawful, that impersonates someone, that infringes anyone’s rights, or that links to content which is illegal in the places it can be viewed.

We may remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, including where it breaks these rules, where a person named in it asks to be removed, or where we are required to remove it. Removal does not refund anything paid toward that listing.

If you are named on a listing you did not create and want it gone, email gabefarman@gmail.com and we will remove it.

8. What we do not promise

We do not promise traffic, clicks, exposure, revenue, or any commercial result. We do not promise the site will be available, that rankings will display correctly, or that the board will continue to exist. We may change the pricing steps, change how ranking works, or shut the site down entirely. None of these entitle you to a refund.

9. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s systems and never reach ours — we store only a record of the payment, its amount, and which listing it applied to. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy govern their handling of your data.

10. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, email gabefarman@gmail.com first and we will look at it. Starting a chargeback for a payment that worked as described on this page may result in your listings being removed and further payments being refused.

11. Your legal rights

Nothing on this page removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived by agreement. If any part of these terms is unenforceable where you live, the rest still applies. Where mandatory local law conflicts with these terms, that law wins.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, OutCreate is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you pay is the version that applies to that payment.
